SMS members, recruiters and managers can now get an even better sense of where the best candidates are in their search for the right role, according to an industry newsletter.

“As the nation’s SMS workforce has grown, our leadership survey shows that the top jobs are still the most challenging and rewarding.”

The survey also looks at how the workforce is performing, including the level of pay and benefits, and offers advice for staffing organizations.

The survey, which is only available in its final stages, is designed to provide managers with the latest information on staffing and the SMS industry.
